At Cyberpunk Jacket, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled, how to submit a cancellation request, and how refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped.
Because we begin preparing orders after they are placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

- Email address used when placing the order
- Reason for cancellation, if applicable
Using your order number in the subject line can help us process your request more quickly.
3. Cancellation Before Processing
If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If the cancellation is successfully completed, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation After Processing
If your order has already entered processing, we may not be able to cancel it.
If cancellation is no longer possible because the order has been processed or shipped, you may be able to return the product after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Orders That Have Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled through our cancellation process.
If you no longer want the product, please receive the order and follow the applicable return procedure described in our Refund & Return Policy, where eligible.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing or shipment, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 10–15 business days
After we process the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Free Shipping and Cancellation
Cyberpunk Jacket provides free shipping on eligible orders.
Because no separate shipping fee is charged to eligible customers at checkout, there is generally no original shipping charge to refund when an eligible order is cancelled before shipment.
8. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
If we are unable to fulfill an order because a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer about the cancellation.
9. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Information
If an order contains incorrect or incomplete information, such as an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We will try to correct the information before the order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
10. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately with the relevant order numbers.
If the duplicate order has not yet been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If it has already been processed or shipped, the applicable Refund & Return Policy may apply instead.
11. Orders with Special or Customized Requirements
If a product is made or prepared according to a customer’s specific request, cancellation terms may differ depending on the stage of production or applicable law.
Where special cancellation conditions apply, they will be communicated to the customer before or during the order process where appropriate.
